Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader in our nursing home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a strong background in nursing and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to maintain high standards of care.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and nursing home policies.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement among staff members.
• Act as a liaison between staff, residents, and families to address concerns and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
• Strong understanding of elder care regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly.
