The Role
We are seeking Homecare Assistants to join one of our clients. This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we provide the training and support you need to excel in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Administer medication and assist with mobility according to care plans.
- Provide companionship, promoting mental and social well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Compassionate and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, supportive attitude.
- Previous experience in homecare is advantageous, but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to undergo a DBS check if successful.
