The Nursing Home will provide exceptional care in Whitley Bay and will be a specialist care service caring for people who requiring nursing, residential and dementia care.

Home Manager Requirements

• Must be Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN) with up to date Clinical Skills
• The successful candidate will have significant experience and knowledge in the field of dementia care
• Must have previous Home Manager experience
• Have a good understanding of CQC Regulations
• Have the ability to build and lead a successful team
• The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service.
