Archway Talent Solutions are proud to present this excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established care organisation with an excellent reputation. The Nursing Home will provide exceptional care in Hadleigh and will be a specialist care service caring for people who requiring nursing, residential and dementia care.

Home Manager Requirements

• Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN) preferred but not essential
• The successful candidate will have significant experience and knowledge in the field of dementia care
• Must have previous Home Manager experience
• Registered Managers Award or equivalent – Desired
• Have a good understanding of CQC Regulations
• Have the ability to build and lead a successful team
• The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service.
