Job Description
Archway Talent Solutions are proud to present this excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established care organisation with an excellent reputation and family run. The Nursing Home will provide exceptional care in Croydon, Surrey and will be a specialist care service caring for people who requiring nursing, residential and dementia care.
Home Manager Requirements
- Must be Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN) with up to date Clinical Skills
- The successful candidate will have significant experience and knowledge in the field of dementia care
- Must have previous Home Manager experience
- Must have a hands on leadership approach and be involved in all aspects of the running of the home on a day to day basis
- Must have completed Registered Managers Award or equivalent
- Have a good understanding of CQC Regulations
- Have the ability to build and lead a successful team
- The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service.
- The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
