About the Role
Archway Talent Solutions is proud to be recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients, who are launching an exciting new home care service in your area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new branch — perfect for a motivated and experienced care professional looking to shape and grow a service from the ground up.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of home care delivery, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for individuals wishing to remain independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include managing care teams, developing care plans, maintaining compliance standards, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop a team of care staff, promoting a culture of support and performance

Coordinate day-to-day branch operations including scheduling, assessments, and service delivery

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, particularly CQC standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, professionals, and community partners

Monitor service performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for service growth and improvement
What We’re Looking For

Proven management experience in a domiciliary care or similar care setting

Excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
-
Confident leader with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Commercially aware and capable of growing and developing a care service

Minimum NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Must hold a full UK driving licence
