As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals while ensuring the provision of high-quality care. You will oversee the care staff and assume full management responsibilities in the Home Manager’s absence.
Your responsibilities will include training and supervising care staff, conducting pre-admission assessments of residents, maintaining up-to-date care plans and daily records, and fostering effective communication with residents’ families and other organizations.
