Business Development Manager required for a Homeware Company – Overseeing the South East Region
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: South East London and SE Counties
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Phone & Car
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales? We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the South East London and SE Counties area. Looking after established customers and developing new relationships and pathways to further develop your area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
- Cover a large geographic area, meeting with customers and potential clients, nurturing relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to align strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a large territory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Must have a valid UK Driving License
- Flexibility to travel within the designated area.
